AVGC Policy 2.0

Karnataka was the first Indian state to announce an AVGC policy in 2012. 

The policy was initiated to promote the state as a lucrative outsourcing destination and attract venture 

capital funding in the AVGC sector. This in turn aimed to provide employment to educated youth and 

bridge the gap in the demand and supply of skilled resources.

Skill Development

10,000+ Students are trained annually in Karnataka in AVGC industry.

Infrastructure

Digital art centres, upcoming Centre of Excellence and AVGC finishing school will highly contribute to the Infrastructure in the state.

Financial Support

Registered KAVGC companies can apply for the subsidies/incentives/grants available under the KAVGC policy.
